World Premiere Food Court Review

World Premiere Food Court Review

Overall Grade: 6.5/10

World Premiere Food Court is a quick-service dining location found within the All-Star Movies Resort. This particular restaurant accepts the dining plan and takes 1 quick-service credit. Although you can definitely use the dining plan credit for this place, there are better options to use the credit on instead since there really isn’t a big bang for buck situation happening here.

There’s not that much to be said about this food court, it’s, well, a Disney food court. Pretty good food, not the best however, and offers the coveted Mickey Waffles. In addition to that, the staff here, just like anywhere else on property, are great, respectful, and cater to most requests that one might have.

With all of that being said, the value resorts food courts are not up to par with the moderate and deluxe resorts, but progress is being made with other food courts in the value resorts like the Art of Animations food court, Landscape of Flavors.
As far as the meals that we get at World Premiere? Here they are…

Bounty Platter

Here we have the Bounty Platter, and in my view, the best bang for your buck for breakfast. (Breakfast is served from 7:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.) This is something that my family when going on vacation can get two of, and split four ways. The reason we do this is because most times we visit Disney World, we have the Free Dining Plan. Because of this we are always going to have food set and scheduled throughout the day and this is kind of just a holdover. Now we don’t do this everyday, sometimes we just skip breakfast all together for a snack or something. The Bounty Platter is currently $11.26 + tax as of Early 2019. So for roughly $6.00 per person for breakfast is pretty good. As for drinks, they’ll be extra, but if you have the dining plan, drinks at the resort are free with your refillable mug.

Next up, lunch and dinner. For the most part the food court serves the same thing for lunch and dinner. The only exception to that is that at the Lyric Shop section, they offer specific dinner options based on the night of the week. Currently, this is how it is broken down.

Sundays: Asian Nights

Includes Orange Chicken, Korean Beef, Ginger-Glazed Shrimp & more.

Mondays & Thursdays: Country Fixin’s Night

Includes Fried Chicken, Steak, Shrimp, Fried Catfish, & Salmon

Tuesdays & Fridays: Barbecue Night

Includes Barbecue Ribs, Barbecue Chicken, Barbecue Beef or Salmon

Wednesdays & Saturdays: Create-Your-Own Pasta Night

Includes Spaghetti, Penne or Lasagna with choice of Sauce: Alfredo, Marinara or Pesto and Protein: Grilled Chicken, Meatballs or Shrimp

**Most of these dinners include choice of sides**

(Updated March 4, 2019)

Italian Night Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms
Hamburger and Fries

Lunch and dinner is the same after that. That includes the standard food court food like burgers, pizza, chicken tenders, and fries. They have other options like Veggie Burgers, Meatball Subs, and Spinach and Artichoke Pasta.

Cheese

As for the kiddos, they have basically the same thing. Hotdogs, Grilled Cheese, Chicken Nuggets, Hamburgers, and Mac & Cheese.

Overall, I think World Premiere Food Court has something for everyone at a reasonable price. Many people for some reason go overboard and say how much the food is horrible and that they shouldn’t even call this stuff food. I disagree. Especially for families on a budget, this place is just fine to have a meal a couple times in the vacation. People have to understand that this is the typical “value” resort food, not Victoria’s & Alberts (fine dining at the Grand Floridian).
