#5: Always Something New to See
Even if you’ve been to Disney World before, or it’s your first time, there will always be something new to do at Walt Disney World. For example, in 2017, Pandora opened in Animal Kingdom, immersing guests in the World of Avatar. In 2018, Toy Story Land opened and guests can now shrink down to the size of a toy and play in Andy’s backyard. Finally, this year, 2019, Disney is set to open Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the biggest and most detailed land Disney has ever built. In addition to lands, new individual attractions are set to open in the next couple of years. The best part, Disney is set to announce even more things in this years D23 Expo. But it’s not just new things being built, it’s also special events like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. AND new Disney Resorts to stay at are underway like a new Star Wars resort.
#4: MagicBands
The MagicBand, one of the biggest benefits when staying at Walt Disney World. For those of you who don’t know what a MagicBand is, they are bands with RFID chips inside of them. Those chips store a lot of information including your Room Key, Park Tickets, Dining Plan Credits, FastPass+ Selections, Credit Card Information (for making purchases without taking out your physical card), and PhotoPass Pictures. Basically it’s the easiest and most convenient thing to store everything in one place that’s always on your wrist.
#3: No Need For A Car To Get Around
There’s not much to say here but if you fly into Walt Disney World and stay on property, there is no need for a car, Uber or Lyft. Charter buses will pick you up and bring you back from and to the airport. Resort Buses will pickup guests at every Disney Resort, and some actually offer additional modes of transportation like monorails, ferry, boat and very soon, a gondola system to bring you around Walt Disney World. If you drive in, then you can park at the theme parks for free or take the other modes of transportation listed above.
#2: It Really is ‘The Happiest Place on Earth’
There is something about crossing under the Walt Disney World Welcome Sign, you know at that moment you are really in a different world. This is really something that no other place can offer. Walt Disney World has EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need. Everything you want to do, you can do, and get there fast and FREE unlike paying for cabs, taking an Uber or a Lyft. There is nothing that is out of place that doesn’t fit because it was designed that way.
#1: Something To Do For Everyone
As mentioned above in #7, you will not get bored going to Disney World. Because there are so many different types of people in the world, Disney offers something for everyone! You can go on some amazing rides, watch stage shows, watch nighttime spectaculars, go para-sailing, go mini-golfing, go shopping at Disney Springs, go to a spa, eat at some of the best restaurants, go to the movies, go bowling, go on behind the scenes VIP Tours, relax and enjoy the views, lounge around some of the biggest and best themed pools you’ve ever seen, resort hop and admire the beauty of each resort, rent a canoe/paddle boat/motorboat, meet some of your favorite characters, and so much more!
