For over a month guests have been enjoying Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and soon at Walt Disney World when it opens August 29. To celebrate, Freeform will be airing a special that shows a behind the scenes look of Galaxy’s Edge along with a sneak peak of Rise of the Resistance, the second attraction in the new lands.
What Disney calls the best and most technologically advanced attraction they’ve ever built opening December 6 at Walt Disney World and in January at Disneyland, Freeform will air a special sneak peak of the new ride on Sunday, September 29 at 8 P.M. This two hour special will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris and tell watchers on how Batuu came to life.
Its unclear what we will see about this new attraction, although we hope it’s a deeper look into the attraction rumored to be about 30 minutes long and have cameos from BB-8, Rey, Poe Dameron, Finn and Kylo Ren.
