While complimentary transportation too and from Walt Disney World from Orlando International will still continue, the luggage delivery service will no longer continue.
Beginning on July 16, 2020, the luggage delivery service will no longer be offered. Guests must now be responsible for going to retrieve their bags at the airports baggage claim and then proceed to the Magical Express where they can have the luggage stored on the motor coach during the ride to Walt Disney World Resort. It’s worth noting, guests’ luggage will travel with them to their Disney resort hotel.
Luggage assistance will still be available when guests disembark the motor coach, including luggage storage and/or room delivery.
When guests leave at the end of their stay, they must bring their luggage and ensure that it is loaded on the motor coach so it can be checked in at the airport. Resort airline check-in is not available at this current time.
Guests will be notified of these changes prior to their stay.
