Starting this month Walt Disney World is changing the way they handle outside vendors delivering scooters and strollers to the resorts according to a video posted by Kingdom Strollers.
Guests staying on property at Walt Disney World will no longer be able to have third party vendors drop off scooters and strollers to be left at bell services. Guests must now BE PRESENT when the vendor is at the resort. This change applies to all Stroller & Scooter Rentals. The new policy is going to affect all small business owners and guests who will now need to be present for the exchange.
