Chef’s de France Dining Review

Overall Grade: 7.5/10

Chef’s de France, located in the France Pavilion at World Showcase in Epcot, has been a place that has stayed pretty consistent over the years. However, our last visit was probably the least favorite of our many dining experiences at this restaurant. But that is bound to happen at any restaurant and that will not stop us from visiting again. Like any good restaurant your glad to go back again and again if the food and service was good. That is the reason why we found ourselves back very often.

This authentic French bistro serves all of your favorites, from escargot to profiteroles! The atmosphere inside transports you to a French restaurant in the heart of Paris. Overall we think that this is a great restaurant and we would definitely recommend it.

Type of Food: French

$$ ($15 to $35.99 per adult)

Now one of the best things on the menu is the Filet de boeuf grillé, sauce au poivre vert Gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts, which is basically a Grilled Tenderloin of Beef, green peppercorn sauce, potato gratin, and green beans and it costs $35.99. But trust us, if you like a good filet, this is definitely one to try!

Another fan favorite was the Filet de Saumon which is a Seared salmon, potatoes and cauliflower purée, tomato confit, fresh herb sauce and it is $29.99.

As for desserts, there are two favorites we always get. Those two things are the Crème Brûlée and the Cygne au chocolat which is a Swan cream puff filled with chocolate mousse, chocolate sauce, and chocolate ice cream, which can be seen below.

We can say that there is really nothing here that is “bad”, yes some things are better than others but there is really nothing here that you’ll regret getting.

As for the service, it’s just like any other Disney restaurant, usually great, if not amazing service.

Overall, we think this is definitely a must try for anyone who hasn’t tried it. Like mentioned above we come here often, which should say something.
