Disney has announced that Test Track will be closing on June 17, 2024 to begin the reimagining announced at the 2023 Destination D23 event.

A new piece of concept art was also released, showing an all-new entrance. A reopening date has not been announced.

Imagineers, in collaboration with Chevrolet teams, are drawing inspiration from history’s treasure trove—specifically, the original World of Motion—to infuse the next iteration of the Test Track attraction with a renewed sense of optimism and excitement.
