Due to Coronavirus concerns and an “abundance of caution” all Disney Parks around the world and the Disney Cruise line are now closed. Hong Kong and Shanghai Disneyland were first too close. After, Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line are now all closed.

Shanghai Disneyland, however, has reopened under controlled capacity in phases opening dining, shopping locations and the theme park. More details on Shanghai Disneyland here.



Tokyo Disneyland had closed as well and was going to reopen March 16th, however that has been pushed back to indefinitely with an update coming mid-May. More details on Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea here.

As far as Disneyland Resort in California, it was announced March 12th that Disneyland Resort would close on Saturday, March 14th and remain until further notice. More details on Disneyland Resort here.



For Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Paris, it was announced March 12th that they would close on Sunday, March 15th and remain closed throughout March. It was announced on March 27th that Walt Disney World will “remain closed until further notice”. However Disney Springs will begin a phased reopening starting May 20th. Continuing on to the Disney Cruise Line, ships will no longer be departing lasting until further notice.
